I went on a fairly whirlwind tour of all of California last week, driving from Seattle to Santa Cruz, then to Santa Barbara, then to San Diego, back to Santa Cruz, to Portland, and then back home. Along the way I took a whole bunch of pictures, some of which you've seen already (The Unabashed Model and Pigeon Abstract, to name a few), but some of the best are yet to come.

I went with my girlfriend to the San Diego Zoo and the Oregon Zoo, and have a bunch of pictures (over a dozen) to show from those trips, and I'm excited to post them and see what you all have to say because I've never really shot animals before, and I think they turned out pretty darn well.
